The mountainous region of our Archangelos farm produces premium cherry varieties that ripen late in the season, with availability extending from early June through late July. Our orchards represent a heritage of generations, enhanced over time with carefully cross-bred varieties designed to thrive in challenging high-altitude conditions—resisting heavy rainfall, hail, and sudden frosts.
Due to these unique environmental factors, our harvest is naturally integrated, often consisting of two or more complementary varieties that mature simultaneously. Consequently, we prioritize size consistency and fruit quality to meet your specific market requirements.
To ensure efficient fulfillment and the highest quality standards, please note the following guidelines regarding variety selection:
Mixed Variety Shipments: For orders exceeding 3 tons, deliveries will typically include a blend of two or more varieties. These are meticulously sorted to ensure they strictly adhere to the size and quality specifications of your order.
The "Galano" White Cherry Exception: The Galano White Cherry is harvested and processed independently. We can guarantee 100% pure, single-variety delivery for this specific selection.
Our Commitment: Every order is managed with continuous, on-site supervision. Our focus remains on delivering a superior product characterized by optimal freshness, consistent sizing, and fair market value.
